📍 Songshan Shaolin Temple

• Participate in Shaolin Kung Fu training and learn Zen martial arts      culture
• Experience daily monastic life at the temple
• Watch Shaolin Kung Fu performances and attend lectures by Shaolin      masters
• Visit historical sites around Shaolin Temple

📍June 19: Luoyang (1 Night) – Ancient Capital & Stone Carving Treasures

• 08:00     Breakfast at the hotel, depart for Longmen Grottoes (UNESCO World      Heritage Site, 3-hour visit)
• 13:00     Lunch, hotel check-in, and rest
• 15:00 Visit      Luoyang Museum (Showcasing the history of 13 dynasties, Tang      Tri-colored pottery, and bronze artifacts)
